Star Wars Outlaws, the first-ever open-world Star Wars game, is set to release in 2024 for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC via Ubisoft Connect. Ubisoft has not announced a price for Outlaws yet.
Gameplay and Setting
In Star Wars Outlaws, players will take on the role of Kay Vess, a scoundrel seeking freedom and a new life. The game takes place between the events of The Empire Strikes Back and Return of the Jedi.
The game will feature open-world exploration of iconic and new planets across the galaxy. Players can engage in high-stakes missions from the galaxy's crime syndicates and use a variety of weapons, stealth, and gadgets to overcome their enemies.
Trailer and Key Art
Ubisoft and Lucasfilm Games released the official trailer and key art for Star Wars Outlaws on April 9, 2024. The trailer showcases the game's stunning visuals, action-packed gameplay, and diverse characters.
Ubisoft Forward Event
A first look at Star Wars Outlaws gameplay will be shown at Ubisoft Forward Live on Monday, June 12, at 10 AM PT / 1 PM ET. The event will be streamed on Ubisoft's Twitch channel.

In addition to Star Wars Outlaws, Ubisoft also announced the launch date for Assassin's Creed Mirage, which is set for October 12, 2024.
