Early Election Results

On June 30, 2024, France held an early legislative election, with a second round scheduled for July 7. Preliminary results indicate that the far-right National Rally has performed well, while President Emmanuel Macron's party, Ensemble, exceeded expectations.

Second Round Projections

According to projections, Ensemble will become the second largest party with 150 to 170 seats, exceeding expectations. The National Rally is projected to perform strongly, becoming the largest party with 200 to 220 seats. However, no single party is expected to secure a majority in the 577-member Assemblée Nationale.

Voters will choose the remaining members of the Assemblée Nationale in the second round of voting on July 7. The results of this election will shape French politics and determine the composition of the government.
